Are you ready to learn some new tools to help you successfully navigate life abroad?
Hi there! I'm Melissa
I’m the one who created this free email series for you. I have my PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology and have been working in the mental health field for the past 15 years. I currently provide coaching to expats and global nomads living around the world. I’m also trained to teach the evidence-based Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program.
Through my own experience of living abroad for 10 years, and supporting international clients, I discovered a number of tools that help to navigate the uncertainty, anxiety, and loneliness that come with living a globally mobile life.
Two of the most powerful tools I’ve found for both myself, and my clients, when it comes to cultivating emotional resilience, are mindfulness and self-compassion.
And now I want to share these tools with all of you! I hope you’ll sign up for this email series and discover just how these tools might help you too.
